I was thinking about what cosplays we will see in the coming convention season. As I mentioned in another post this year bunny outfits where the popular cosplays we seen everywhere. I think this year those will continue to be popular. I am also pretty sure that we will see many Sword Art Online cosplays among many others. We are also expecting the Sugar rush racers from “Wreck It Ralph.” Like Vanellope, she was so darn cute! We seen Ralph at Anime USA and I plan on seeing more of from that movie, possibly even it Felix. I can see a lot of girls doing different versions of these girls. We also expect to see more Iron Man cosplays since the movie will be coming out in May, as well as more Hobbit related cosplays. I would like to see some Ixion Saga DT cosplays. That is such a funny anime that seeing someone cosplay from it would be great.
I would also like to see at least one Magi cosplay this year. If you haven’t seen that anime it is basically a twist on the Arabian Tales. It is very well done and I love the animation in it. Magi has some good costumes that I would love to see someone doing. Through all the conventions I have been going to I have seen various cosplays that I have enjoyed. Since I started watching Blue Exorcist I would love to see cosplays from there, I know there are people who do them, I just haven’t seen them yet. Or even something old school like Robotech or Galaxy Express 999. I am excited to see what we will see at the upcoming conventions like Katsucon which will be our first convention of the season. Tom wants to see the new Evangelion cosplays from the new series like the sexy Asuka in her new plug suit.
