The last day of a convention is always a good day to go to the dealers room because they generally lower the prices on some items. Although I had already spent money there I went back in a few times to look around and maybe spot something I didn’t see before. I normally buy a grab bag at conventions and this year was no different. I apparently have a talent for picking out really awesome grab bags. In this one I got a Suzumiya wallet, a Miku T-shirt and a crocheted Hello Kitty hat that doesn’t really fit my head. It was a pretty awesome grab bag and well worth the 20 dollars that I spent on it. I also bought a Kaito T-shirt. I will wear it to work!
Sunday is the day to wonder around check out some things that you didn’t get to see or cosplays that are new for the day. All weekend I wanted to check out the Sleeping Samuri’s tournament so I got to do that on Sunday. It was pretty awesome, they have foam weapon battles. It was pretty awesome to watch. The weapons made by Sleeping Samurai are made to look like their historical counterparts which are all basically Asian inspired through there are some European influences. They are an awesome group to check out.
We took many photos of some ponies. The Equestrian Girlz had some really awesome costumes that they made, prom inspired dresses. It was a very popular photo shoot, the vocaloids may have some competition for a rainbow! But their costumes were really amazing and I am looking forward to seeing some of their other costumes especially the ones the are designing for Otakon (I won’t spoil it, it will be a secret until <insert evil laugh>). The girls were very talented and very adorable in their costumes.

Alas the convention is over and it is time to relax and come down from the convention high. We can get a good night’s sleep and go back to the mundane business of work and school for those who go to school. Waking up this morning was not the same and it was hard to go back to working instead of going to the convention.
